Nag Champa

A white flower with waxy petals, native to warm tropical areas of the Pacific Islands, South America, the Caribbean and Mexico. Also known as the Plumeria or the Hawaiian Lei Flower, it found its way to the Indian subcontinent and ended up becoming one of the sacred flowers used in rituals and ceremonies. Famously used in Perfumery since the 16th century, Nag Champa has a rich floral and lush fragrance.

According to Ayurveda, the calming aroma of Plumeria is known to relieve inflammation, headaches, and insomnia and help with overall well-being.
